
Dr Emily Stinton

Dr Stinton studied medicine at the University of Manchester, graduating in 2010. During her postgraduate training she gained experience in Emergency medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Paediatrics. Dr Stinton also spent more than two years working in New Zealand, mainly in acute and critical care.
In 2017, Dr Stinton achieved her Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. She went on to complete a Global Health Fellowship as part of her GP training, working at a rural hospital in the Eastern Cape of South Africa for a year providing inpatient and outpatient medical care to the local community.
Dr Stinton joined Hanham Health in April 2020 and is interested in all aspects of primary care.
Outside of work, she enjoys cycling, travelling, hiking with friends and spending time with her family.
