Dr Ruth Talbot

Primary qualifications: MBChB BSc Hons MRCGP

Dr Talbot studied medicine and the University of Bristol and qualified in 2008 having also earned an intercalated degree in Cancer Biology and Virology. She has done her post graduate training in hospitals around the South West and also has been able to spend time practicing medicine in Brisbane, Belize and most recently a volunteer trip in the Amazon, Peru.

She completed her GP training in 2014 and has been working at Hanham Health as a salaried GP since this time. At present Dr Talbot is currently working towards a certificate in Substance Misuse.

In her spare time she enjoys travelling, baking and attending local art classes.
