Recent burn injury
I received a burn to my leg early on Friday morning. I called at 8 am and after waiting in a queue of calls for a few minutes the receptionist answered. Although an appointment was not initially available, after explaining my circumstances the receptionist asked if i could come straight away and would "fit me in." Within the hour, I had seen by a very caring nurse who had bandaged my leg and gave me sound advice to care and monitor the wound. Not only that, nurse had arranged a follow up visit on Monday morning for a further check and re-dressing to the wound. The second nurse was just as great and gave me some additional dressings to care for the wound over the next few days (while on holiday.) What fantastic service and I am very grateful to all. Excellent care under difficult circumstances
I want to thank Hanham Health for always being there for me. I don’t need to ring for emergency appointments very often, but when I do I always get seen the same day. GP Surgeries have so much more to do than see patients these days and this makes it hard for them to work as they would like. Give all there attention to sick people. Recently my husband rang the surgery at 8 am as he was so worried about my breathing. The triage nurse called back within 10 minutes and told us to go straight in. The doctor immediately started treating me and also called an ambulance to take me to hospital. I knew I felt rough but had not realised how bad I was. I will always be extremely grateful for all the staff at Hanham Health who have gone out of there way to help me. A big THANK YOU.

This surgery works extremely hard to provide excellent care. My family are well supported by the GPs and nurses. It is a busy surgery and at times it must be very stressful to work here but this is never exhibited by the staff who always seem to have time for you. The reception staff greet you with a smile which is appreciated when you aren’t feeling well. The GPs listen, explain and direct in a very individual way and for this we as a family are grateful. Just thought in the new year it would be nice to actually say good job Hanham Thank you

I've generally found the surgery very helpful and my usual doctor is lovely. He supported me when I had to give up my job through M.E.and endorses my interest in natural medicjne. I am very happy with the surgery and find the environment relaxing with the fish tank and nice pictures in recption
