Great surgery

This is a fantastic surgery. Unfortunately, it has been necessary for me to attend many times over the past twenty months or so. The care I have received has been outstanding on every occasion. All the staff I encounter seem happy and welcoming and always greet me with a smile. Thankyou Hanham Health.

Very impressed in recent times

Having not had to use the surgery's services for a while, in recent times I have and I am very impressed with the changes that have been made and the very obvious efforts to make the patient experience a positive one. Customer service via Reception and Patient Co-ordinators I have found to be excellent. I have severe hearing loss and these staff have been very kind and patient. A lovely change for me as I find people generally are not aware of and not sympathetic to hearing loss. I have seen two (new to me) lady doctors in the past month, both of whom were super, helpful, supportive and very efficient. I am very glad to be registered with the Hanham practice.

excellent care from Admin & Gp team

On going care for my Dad has been outstanding, nothing ever too much trouble by the admin & Gp team . Thank you for making a very difficult time slightly less stressful for all of us.

Excellent service at a time of stress

I found a lump in my breast and when I rang the surgery the next morning I was given an appointment within an hour of my phone call. The receptionist was extremely helpful and caring which made me feel less anxious. The doctor was reassuring and referred me to the breast clinic immediately. The whole experience was made as stress-free as possible under the circumstances.
