To assist with the management of the increased demand on our services we will be closing our phone lines for one hour each day between 12.00 noon and 1.00 pm.  This will allow both our clinical and non-clinical teams time to appropriately and safely address all requests that we have received throughout the morning prior to the commencement of afternoon clinics.

If you need to contact us during this hour with an urgent matter your call will be diverted to a line that is reserved strictly for emergencies only.

Our eConsult service will remain open and is available via our website.

Our main phone lines will reopen at 13.00pm each day.

We are currently experiencing a number of staff shortages throughout the surgery due to sickness and self isolation following contact by Test and Trace.

Please be assured that our Patient Care Co-ordinators that remain on site are working as hard as they can to ensure all calls are answered as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Your local pharmacist is also able to offer advice on minor ailments and many can now prescribe for common conditions in addition to offering over the counter medication.
