We continue to experience a large number of absences within both our clinical and non-clincal teams.

This is due to a combination of last minute unexpected absences, isolations due to covid-19 infection and ongoing recruitment gaps that we have not been able to fill.

Inevitably this will affect our ability to answer telephone calls and deal with patient queries as quickly as we would like and we are sorry for this. Our appointment capacity may also be affected. 

Please be assured that our remaining team members are working as hard as they possibly can to answer your calls.

We share in your frustration and ask that you remember this when you are dealing with any of our team. They do not deserve to be subjected to abuse.

Please consider alternative health care services such as NHS 111 or your local pharmacy for minor ailments and advice.
