Due to winter pressures we are seeing a significant increase in the demand on our services.
We too are affected by winter illnesses and have a number of team members absent at this time.
Please be assured that our remaining team members are seeing as many patients as they can but as more patients require urgent care there may be an increased wait for routine appointments.
If you have submitted a request and received a response from a clinician advising that your concern is routine, our reception team will be in touch as soon as appointments become available. We are sorry that our response time is currently exceeding the 10 working days that we aim to respond within for routine enquiries.
Please also remember that your local pharmacist can help with any minor illnesses that tend to get better on their own. Further advice on where to go if you are unwell is available here.
