An update on the Covid-19 booster programme and our services
The covid-19 pandemic continues and research is now showing that the Omicron variant appears to be much more transmissible than previous strains.
The vaccination programme remains our best line of defence and boosters have been shown to increase protection against symptoms and the risk of hospitalisation.
This document explains how we are now extending our vaccination programme following the governments most recent announcement on 12th December 2021 and how we will need to review our services as a result.
