Appointments during the Covid-19 pandemic

Do NOT book a GP appointment if you think you might have coronavirus.

Stay at home and avoid close contact with other people. Use the 111 service ONLY If you feel unwell . There is no need to call them if your symptoms are mild.

Hanham Health are taking steps to reduce the risk of spreading COVID19 whilst providing a safe service for ALL our patients.

We have implemented a telephone triage service to reduce the number of patients attending the practice.

GPs will be using video consultations in preference to a face to face assessment but patients may still be asked to attend the Practice if an examination is essential.

There may be some changes to how we manage non-urgent or ongoing health problems but we would encourage you to speak to our Patient Care- Coordinators if you have any concerns or queries.

All of our clinicians will be wearing personal protective equipment to reduce the risk of passing on infection. This is for your protection so we hope you find this reassuring. Whilst we are not open as you would normally expect to find us, we most certainly are OPEN and would encourage you to contact us if you have a medical concern.
